Couples Ministry

First Slavic Pentecostal Church started a new ministry recently. Our Ministers noticed a lack of teaching and proper guidance for young families who are beginning their new journey in marriage and raising children.

Brother Nick Vykhopen and his wife, Galina, took over this ministry and began serving FSPC and other churches in our area. Victor And Luda Dunchyk are also a HUGE part of the Couple ministry as well. Luda serves as the administrator and her husband Victor assists her in these duties.

Nick and Galina have been married for over 8 years and have 3 beautiful children, and have been serving at FSPC for almost 10 years.

As a ministry, we host a variety of events to help cultivate relationships among spouses and strengthen marriages and families of our church. Some of the events that we host on an annual basis are:

• Formal dinner events with seminars for married and engaged couples.
• Casual talk shows on various marriage and parenting topics.
• Bonfires for couples for a relaxed time of fellowship and socializing.
• Family BBQ picnics.
• Play-Dates at the park.
• Small groups for couples.
• Couples Camps.
• We also have a prayer and fasting once a month on the last Thursday of the month at 9:00 pm in the prayer room at church.
• And so much more.
